KRYS LEACH - Born 1958 Australia I attended Norwich School of Art & Design, joined ITV as a cameraman, but left ten years later to pursue an artistic career and was taught by Kyffin Williams RA. I started exhibiting in 1988 and have shown all over England from Suffolk to St.Ives, Cornwall, and counties Cork and Kerry in the Irish Republic. I now live in Norfolk and although I've become best known as a painter of coastal subjects, I like to venture inland once in a while and explore landscape, architecture, figures and still life. The challenge of painting is to find a technique that best expresses its subject. This constant progression means that my work may not always be readily identifiable but it will always be individual. After all, Art is a vessel that can take us wherever we choose to go. And even some places we hadn't expected Oil on Canvas
